Owners and Breeders requiring Revision services should:

Bring the original passport (Carta) to the site for the horse to be revised;
Complete and forward an International Request for Service (Code number 206) to the LG-ANCCE Miami office (please indicate number of horses you are requesting this service for);
Proceed to make payment for the Revision service through the LG-ANCCE website or by forwarding a credit card authorization form.
