Owing to the questions raised by members last week, the USPRE Board wishes to inform its PRE Breeders & Owners that it has undertaken a comprehensive review and secured confirmation directly from the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture that the recent rumours circulated of a purported Brussels Court ruling possibly affecting the current management of the PRE Stud Book is entirely without basis and inaccurate.
The Ministry in Madrid has affirmed to USPRE that it is compliant with European Legislation.
