SICAB To Celebrate Its 20th Anniversary
On Wednesday, October 27th at the Sevilla City Hall, Javier Conde, the President of ANCCE, presented the Mayor of Sevilla, Honorable Alfredo Sanchez Monteseirin, with the official 2010 SICAB poster.
SICAB 2010, held this year from November 23rd through November 28th, will be celebrating its twentieth anniversary.
