ANCCE PETITION TO THE EUROPEAN UNION FOR TRADEMARK PROTECTION APPROVED

ANCCE has just released to USPRE the Trademark Protection documents for our breed nomenclature ” P.R.E. Pura Raza Espanola ” in the European Union.

Under the Madrid Protocol (duly signed by the United States government), these rights must be respected and enforced around the world.

Any Association or entity making unauthorized use of or permitting the unauthorized use of ” P.R.E. Pura Raza Espanola ” (inclusive of translations) are infringing upon the international rights of the Spanish Government and/or its designees.

As of this writing, in North America, only USPRE (as an Association) and P.R.E. Breeders (as private individual entities) with valid LG-ANCCE Breeder Codes are authorized to make use of the now trademark protected breed nomenclature for promotional purposes.
