* Disclaimer – Generally and unless otherwise notified in writing by USPRE, LG Revision services are provided in APRIL and SEPTEMBER of each calendar year. Breeders are responsible for ensuring that Revision payments are made in sufficient time to meet the deadlines set by USPRE. Breeders are also responsible for printing and retaining the confirmation of payment. The time and date of the Revision payment as indicated on the confirmation will be the date of payment applicable to the ensuing Revision tour. Revision payments made by Breeders unaccompanied by a Request for Service form will be considered incomplete and not eligible for the ensuing Revision tour.
